LEICESTER have announced Nick Morris will return to the club after a stint with Premiership rivals Sheffield last season.
Morris had ridden for the Lions in both senior tiers, stepping up to the top-flight with the club in 2023, before receiving a two-year suspension from the sport.
His return to the Hydroscand Arena, Beaumont Park means he will link up with manager Stewart Dickson again with both the Lions and Berwick in the Championship.
Morris said:
“I’m really excited to be back with Leicester, it’s a club I have loved racing for.
“I feel I owe it to them and all the people who I let down, and everyone who has supported me, to put in a big season there.”
The Lions have also confirmed Dan Gilkes in their Rising Star role, who was injured in 2025 after two appearances for the club.
Dickson said: “I was very keen for Dan to return after getting injured so early on last season. He deserves another crack at it, and hopefully he has an injury-free season in 2026.”
